Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled, except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Accuracy of Customization

We do our best to accurately recreate your pet’s appearance based on the photo provided. However, embroidery is a handcrafted art form, and slight variations in stitching, color, or layout may occur.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference or incorrect sizing.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • There is a clear production error
