Refund & Return Policy

Because every item is custom-made using your pet’s photo and name, we do not accept returns or exchanges for design reasons.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• The embroidery does not match the photo you provided

To request help, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
